Remotely enabled employers were recognized in the latest Virtual Vocations report by Fairygodboss as among the “Best Companies for Women” in 2022.

A new report from Virtual Vocations identifies the 25 best telecommuting women employers.

Founded in 2007, Virtual Vocations is a 100% family owned virtual business that has been connecting job seekers with legitimate remote job opportunities from expert vetted employers for the past 15 years.

In its latest report, Virtual Careers delves into a new analysis from Fairygodboss, which recently examined anonymous employee ratings to determine the “Best Companies for Women” of the year. Data from reviews was used by Fairygodboss to rank companies based on three main scoring factors, including:

  • general job satisfaction;
  • gender equality at work; And the,
  • Recommendations to other women about working for their employer.

The Virtual Occupations Report, released Monday, cites internal data to identify companies that made this year’s list from Fairygodboss, which have shown not only that they are dedicated to raising women in the workplace, but also that they are committed to improving flexibility and accessibility through remote work.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a strong increase in the number of job seekers who are willing to live and work on their own terms. “They strive to find jobs that not only support themselves and their families, but also nourish their lives with purpose,” said Virtual Vocations CEO and co-founder Laura Spawn.

“Women don’t have to choose between professional and personal,” Spoon added. “With remote work, women can design their own future.”

Five employers on Virtual Vocations’ new list of Top 25 Telecommuting Companies for Women were named by Fairygodboss among the top 10 “Best Companies for Women” in 2022. Among those companies are:

  • Luxoft Holding, Inc;
  • Navy Federal Credit Union;
  • Invitation Homes Inc.;
  • UKG Corporation; And the,
  • Hanover Insurance Group.

According to Spawn, Virtual Vocations’ latest report should serve as a “stepping stone for women who want to work from home and find jobs that reflect their values.”
