Netflix’s latest reality TV sensation Dubai Bling He takes an inside look at how a select group of the wealthy lived in the Middle East. There’s a little bit of everything in the mix — status, money, relationship issues, and of course, drama.
One of the program’s first notable series is the one and only Zina Khoury, a high-profile businesswoman who also works as a television and radio personality. Long story short, Zina is definitely comfortable in front of the camera.
But there’s a lot going on behind the scenes, too. So here’s what you need to know about Zina and her life.
Who is Zina Khoury?
Born and raised in Lebanon, Zeina has an impressive educational background (more on that in seconds). She moved to Dubai in 2006 to start her career, and now has her own real estate empire. She is also the co-founder of BookAnyService.com, according to her LinkedIn profile.
That’s not all. When Zina isn’t selling real estate, she works as a TV and radio personality and runs a live real estate show on Instagram called Property Conversations with Zina.
I went to London Business School.
Zina is definitely well educated. She took courses at Columbia Business School, the online Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from London Business School earlier this year, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to that, she obtained a degree in finance from Lebanon before moving to the United Arab Emirates, per fact magazine.

She is an executive director.
Zina is the CEO of High Mark Real Estate, according to LinkedIn. She manages a range of “high-end properties” for the company, including Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower.
And you better believe she’s got an impeccable wardrobe to match her fancy titles. There is a reason why she is known as the “Queen of Versace”. Here is one example:
In her spare time, it appears that Zina has also volunteered at some point with the Lebanese Red Cross, according to LinkedIn.
She is also a mother.
Zina’s son, Joe, and daughter Alexa appear on her Instagram page here and there. She shares children with her husband, Hanna Azzi, who appears on the show but doesn’t have an active IG (or at least I can find it). BTW, Hanna is the General Manager of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA, and has been in the luxury hotel business for decades, RealityTitBit.
Zina seems like a really devoted mother to their children: “I do what I do for them,” she sweetly wrote on Instagram recently. “To all the women working there, I feel and hear you. They will be proud of us.”
What is her total net worth?
hard to say. In Dubai, a CEO like Zina will make around $300,000 a year, according to Arabian Business And the cinematic. She also has a full social media influence, which could put her estimated net worth anywhere from $310,000 to $2.5 million.
It is said, she said fact magazine She is a successful person but lives a “very modest life”.
You love Dubai.
Zina recently spoke to fact magazine about her city, calling it her “second home”. “I found love in Dubai, started a wonderful family and have a great job,” she said.
“The city secured my future and the future of my children, and gave me a chance away from home to feel safe and secure, find love and establish myself as a businesswoman,” Zeina added.
