Lee Westwood has revealed that he was offered the opportunity to compete on the Legends Tour (formerly the Adult European Tour) after turning 50 although the LIV Golfer’s continued eligibility to play on the DP World Tour is questionable.

The former world No. 1 will turn 50 next April, according to a report by Telegraph golf reporter James Corrigan. (Opens in a new tab)This led to an invitation to play on the Tour of Legends even though it is affiliated with the DP World Tour and falls under the purview of CEO Keith Bailey.
