The new two-tone Lightning card is an insanely powerful card that costs crystal energy or mana. If you are playing a lightning and water deck or cards that can play two cards cost for free, this Lightning will be a perfect fit. First, she has haste that allows her to attack the same role that she played. Combined with her ability to enter the field, not only do you leave space to inflict direct damage to your opponent but you also draw a new card. Also due to its 7000 power, it is more powerful than its average cost type.
On top of that, it has a secondary ability where it can be summoned back from the rest area or discarded from the pile. There are a lot of waste removals in the current meta with the likes of Exdeath or Mist Dragon, but you can activate this to save your lighting and get a body in the field again. This is a really cool card, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Lightning returns to dominate the meta in this next deck.
Three rare species and more
In addition to this exclusive Lightning card, here are some of the rarest cards in the deck and possibly the entire card game:
The three variants are from Final Fantasy 7 including Aerith, Sephiroth, and Cloud. Some of these new cards include variants featuring the famous Yoshitaka Amano art. In addition, the upcoming collection introduces a new type of rare rare card, the Special Card. To celebrate Final Fantasy 7’s 25th anniversary, a new special card will be Full Art Foil Yuffie with a gold stamped Tetsuya Nomura signature. Here’s a closer look:
This will be one of the biggest arcade collecting items to date. Rounding out the latest premium card is Sonon as seen from Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade. This is the top of the Resurgence of Power’s chest, which means it comes with every booster chest you buy. Sonon is a good defensive card that can be played as your opponent with Back Attack. A great addition to the Final Fantasy 7 platformer or the Lightning and Earth deck.
Resurgence of Power is the 18th deck that adds 130 Standard Cards, as well as 170 Premium Cards featuring 28 great card designs as well as the Yuffie Special Card.
